Our 3 favorite places in Ráday Street

Ráday Street for the locals is like a little community. Once you move here, you don’t want to leave. You find everything you need in the area, but the reasons we love it are not just practical reasons.

The special atmosphere of the neighborhood can be tasted by anyone who walks along the street. Full of bars and restaurants, it is a particularly lively part of the city, especially during summer time. Here are our three favorite places in Ráday Steet which we recommend you to visit.

A few words is enough to describe If Café: good food, good wines and good music. In the heart of the city (and Ráday Street) this friendly café offers everything you need. During lunch time, you can try their menus, but you can also order á la carte, either way is a good choice. During evening hours listen to live jazz music inside, or enjoy summer weather outside on the terrace and try a glass of rosé wine. Or two.

Do you like Italian plates? You should visit Pink Cadillac in Ráday Street then. Located just in front of If Café, mentioned above, this Italian restaurant offers antipasti, pasta, pizza and even more. If you crave for something lighter, you will also find soups and great salads on their menu. Vegetarians and vegans do not have to miss this place either: for some years now, Pink Cadillac has been offering different plates for them as well.

Last but not least, staying with the Italian gastronomy, while walking along Ráday Street, do not miss Mamo, an original Italian gelateria. Mamo really brings you the tastes of Italian ice cream and other sweets. With the Italian confectioner, Mamo will give you an unforgettable ice cream experience, it feels just like in Italy.
