Beer spa in Budapest also recommended by The Sun
Posted by Mia Balogh · Feb 6, 2018

Have you ever been to a Beer spa? You may find several reasons not to miss it – the well-known paper The Sun has written about ‘bathing in beer’ recently.

Beer spas can be fun. In these special facilities, you can sit in tubs filled with thermal water, enriched with natural beer ingredients. So you don’t have a beer bath literally, but the natural ingredients like hops and barley can be quite relaxing and have several health benefits (let’s see this in detail a little bit later).

The benefits of Beer spas are not only seen by us, but also by some newspapers: recently, The Sun has published an article about Beer Spas in Central Europe like in Prague and Budapest. They recommend these facilities as the location of ‘ultimate stag do activities’, because in a Beer spa, you can drink as much beer as you want, and there are enough tubs for a group of friends.

Of course they mention the health benefits of ‘bathing in beer’, as well. They mention that soaking in these tubs can be good for your skin (rejuvenation or against skin issues like eczema), or for reduction of stress and easing muscle tension.

After googling beer ingredients, we can see that barley beautifies and rejuvenates the skin, as well as brewer's yeast - which, incidentally, has a beneficial effect on the muscles and the nervous system. In addition to all that, it is also true that BeerSpa improves blood circulation, clears up the pores and softens the hangover.

Do you feel like trying the Beer spa in Budapest? Well, you have the opportunity for that – since its opening in Summer of 2016, Hungary’s first Beer spa waits all of us in Széchenyi Bath. For more info, prices and booking check out their website: https://thermalbeerspa.com
