Currently, you can pass the border with two negative PCR tests taken within three days or an immunity certificate from few specific countries.

Where can you go during your visit to Budapest? You could go to restaurants and bars with any immunity card or negative PCR tests.
Czech, Turkish, Slovenian, Northern Macedonian and Bahraini passes are also accepted in the popular Széchenyi Bath and the Budapest Zoo too.

Bad news, in the museums only Hungarian card are accepted currently.
