Dinosaurs in the Veszprém Zoo
Posted by Mia Balogh · Mar 1, 2016

Would you like to fly back in time to see the dinosaurs? And to have a selfie with a Velociraptor? Well, your wishes can come true if you visit Veszprém Zoo.

Dinosaurs are extinct for millions of years but you can see them again – not only in Jurassic Park and Jurassic World movies, but in Veszprém Zoo, too. This will be the first Hungarian zoo to have life-sized copies of dinosaurs on the Gulya Hill, from summer on, origo.hu wrote.

Visitors will be able to visit the so-called paleontology park and the geologic exhibition here, on 20 000 square meters. From this summer, you can see famous dinosaurs here, like T-Rex, Triceratops and Velociraptor. These are only mock-ups so the exhibition will be totally safe.

The park will be fun for adults but obviously much more fun for children. They can test their luck as young archaeologists and can take a glimpse into this ancient world. The zoo promises all-day programs for the families, apparently more details coming later.

Are you a fan of dinosaurs? Then visit Veszprém Zoo this summer.
