Baraka: the best fine dining restaurant for French-Asian cuisine lovers
Posted by Budnews · Nov 5, 2018

If you really want to fascinate your partner…

Baraka is an old-new fine dining restaurant: since 2001, it has been a favorite fine dining foodie destination for French-Asian cuisine lovers. The dining room has a classy, relaxed, chic atmosphere with an open kitchen offering the best gastronomic show in town. The restaurant's design is the culmination of their vision and of many years of getting to know their guests and their desires.

Led by André Bicalho, a Portuguese-Brazilian chef, Baraka has contemporary Asian-European cuisine, where exotic flavors, meat and fish dishes can be enjoyed alongside each other. Their philosophy is that they get all the materials from the best place, and although locality is important, if it’s not the perfect component, they do not compromise. The textures, flavors, and beauty of the dishes leave guests with unforgettable gastronomical memories. Baraka takes its drinks as serious as its food. The well-balanced wine list and artisan cocktails make Baraka one of the most well rounded exciting restaurants in Hungary!

With the new autumn menu, there was a serious change of concept: the a la carte menu is gone, you can choose 4 or even 6-course degustation menus instead. There is also a 4-course vegetarian option and the dinner can be improved with wine or champagne.
