There are plenty of bars and wine bars in Budapest – sometimes it feels more than enough. But it turned out, one thing was missing: the self-service wine tasting one. Easy Wine is exactly that: a contemporary wine bar with self-service wine enomates, where we can taste and sample 100 wines by the glass and pair with our favorite dish! The tasting system works by giving everyone a card upon arrival, and when you select the wine on the wall, you “tap” it for yourself by pushing a button. You can get half, one or one and a half deciliters - and the amount is added to your card so you can pay the total at the end of the evening.

We can also choose from the wine list if we want to - there are 88 wines in the card system, while the house holds more than 100 items – and we can also ask the waiters for help with each wine before pressing the button. By the way, the drinks are grouped by character, not by winery or place of origin: light whites first, then more mineral ones, followed by the real full-bodied, heavy reds.

This wine list is paired with a versatile cuisine, featuring all beloved classics like tapas, pasta and some Hungarian main courses. The tapas selection is obviously on the menu because of the wines - the selection is not too long, but we can find domestic production cheeses, miniburger, French rilette on it. The regular menu, which will naturally change from season to season, includes more fusion, international dishes, especially between starters, but the main courses and weekly menus are largely based on the tradition of domestic cuisine.
