If yes, let us recommend you an interesting photo exhibition, The Legends of the Buda Castle at the Várkert Bazár.

A new photo exhibition, The Legends of Buda Castle presents you the everyday life of the Castle District, by showcasing the life stories and portraits of long-term residents at the Várkert Bazár.

‘Openness, heritage, co-operation, passion and emotion – these are just some of the words that the photography students at the Moholy-Nagy University of Arts & Design had in mind when presenting their images to visitors above the city’ – We Love Budapest writes.

They add, that among the portraits, you can see photos of residents of the Castle District like for example a crown guard, a rabbi, a parish priest, a bus driver and descendants of several famous people. They all live there, and in their own way, each and every one of them is a fan of this quarter of the city.

This interesting photo exhibition, showcasing 27 photos can be visited until 15 November, on the southern panorama terrace of the Várkert Bazár. It is free of charge, and last but not least, if you choose this program for a lazy Saturday afternoon, your date or long-time partner will be enchanted, that’s for sure. ;)
